Mexican gastronomy, more than a culinary experience, is a cultural experience, which has been able to cross all borders, no matter if you are in America, Asia, Europe or Oceania, you'll always find a good Mexican restaurant. In the words of Benito Taibo, Mexican gastronomy "It's the perfect reflection of the splendor of all our miscegenations." El Menú is a tribute to Mexican gastronomy and all the folklore that surrounds it, which identifies us and makes us feel full of pride! ✊🏽🇲🇽
