The next addition to the State Love line, I wanted to highlight AZ’s natural beauty. In the fore, we have a saguaro with a heart shaped hole, likely an abandoned cactus wren nest. For the cloudless sky and the Colorado River we used turquoise in a nod to the jewelry synonymous with the Southwest. The star from the State flag and the border are done in metallic copper thread for the Copper State. And lastly, if you’re sharp eyed, you’ll see the AZ border shape at the base of the Grand Canyon wall.
