A Mexican designer, who believes that designs inspired by Mexican history and culture are the best way he can help promote a positive vision of México. Jacobo considers it not only a great opportunity as a designer, but also as a responsibility as a Mexican to represent his people and his roots.
"¡Pásele! ¿Cuántos va a querer?" Cochinita pibil is a traditional dish from the Yucatan region in Mexico, made with pork meat and traditionally it was cooked in earth ovens. Nowadays, it can be found commonly in much of the Mexican territory in stalls and Taquerías that offer "Ricos tacos de cochinita."
