Corner notch describes the type of cut on an arrowhead like you see in this design. Arrowheads have long been integral to Native Americans as not only inventive weaponry, but they signify resilience, survival, and connection to the land. Marlin’s Tribe, The “Hualapai” - translates to “people of the tall pines” and their tribes colors are black and green. We thought it meaningful to connect this arrowhead with nature, which is why it is set against the tall pines.
