The Half-Smoke is an iconic DC dish; a half-beef, half-pork sausage seared on the flat top before it's smothered in chili, onions, and mustard. The Half-Smoke "H" was originally developed as part of a theme night "rebrand" for a local college team, but was shelved before seeing the light of day. But get those buns ready - the Half-Smokes are back.
