Lacrosse Warrior - by Clinkers Layne & 3-2 Designs

My latest concept, Lacrosse Warrior, centers around lacrosse and the Native Americans who created the game. Basically, lacrosse is based on games played by various Native American communities as early as 1100 AD. By the 17th century, a version of lacrosse was well-established and was documented in Canada. In the traditional aboriginal Canadian version, each team consisted of about 100 to 1,000 men on a field several miles long. These games lasted from sunup to sundown for two to three days straight and were played as part of a ceremonial ritual, a kind of symbolic warfare, or to give thanks to the Creator or Master. For this concept, I worked with the exceptionally talented Brandon at 3-2 Designs. Brandon immediately understood my vision and captured it beautifully and respectfully. His design turned out more perfect than I could have imagined and we are proud to have this be the first lacrosse-themed hat in the Clink store. We hope you like it!
