About This Design
The Peregrine Falcon is one of the most amazing representatives of the animal kingdom. First of all, it's the fastest, clocking in at over 200mph when dive bombing its prey in a maneuver known as a stoop. Peregrin Falcons have tubercles in their nostrils that cause the air to spiral and slow down so their lungs don't explode. The same principle has been translated into jet engines to slow down the air flow for the compressors and turbines. Keeping with the jet theme, I included a jet fighter helmet, highlighting its incredible binocular eyesight with its beak representing an oxygen mask. The Peregrine Falcon is the B-2 Stealth Bomber of the animal kingdom and from a profile view, the two look remarkably similar!
