My longtime friend Anthony is a local tattoo artist. We became friends because he was my tattoo artist. He was also the best man at my wedding and taught he how to polish my artwork. He has a pile of rejected sketches and sometimes I like to flip through them for inspiration. This design is similar to one of those sketches, with about half of the elements being changed to try and make it work well with embroidery. Don’t worry he’s in on it.
