About This Design
This design was tricky as a spider is a complicated form. Another issue I ran into was trying to make this not look like an extermination service logo or a superhero logo. The black widow has all the right features to make it look menacing. Besides what we are all use to, the red hour glass shape on the abdomen, the other feature that makes it creepy are its legs. I wanted to emphasis those elements to make a design that is a little uneasy for those that have arachnophobia. You’re welcome.
