Originally inspired by a very, very old insult: You’re so ugly, I could shove your face in dough and make gorilla cookies. That got me thinking about what a gorilla shaped cookie cutter would look like. It wasn’t a big leap from there to old-fashioned frosted cookies with sprinkles on top!
