When the Halloween themed designs came out a couple weeks back I saw a lot of comments about how they should be voted on in spring so the hats can be delivered by October. That made me think what about a hat that you could wear all year but had an almost Halloween feel. I drew up the concept and did a little color work and sent Adam a message to team up because I liked a lot of the work he does and I noticed he was a newer Clink Artist. He really nailed the illustration part of this design.
