When the MLB expanded to St. Petersburg, the newest franchise in the Show held a Name-The-Team contest. To the surprise of no one, the contest yielded some.... interesting names. With the help of The Clink Team, this design answers the classic question of “what if” by combining elements from the original logo with one of the forgotten suggestions: The Pterodactyls.
