The Plains do sunsets exceptionally well, and the meadowlark is a particularly handsome state bird. This hat is an ode to an oft forgotten part of the country, but one that is close to my heart. I wanted to design something that was beautiful enough to appeal to people outside that narrow geographic region - and to give a look at what they're missing.
