It's kind of funny that I would even think of designing a Toronto based logo considering I'm a huge Buffalo hockey fan.... But when I thought of this idea I had to roll with it. Hockey and Canada go together like peanut butter and jelly. Toronto has a huge hockey following with the Maple Leafs and the hockey hall of fame. As for the logo the great horned owl are common owls in southern Ontario. So I decided if Toronto would get a second team why not make the mascot a fierce horned owl designed as a maple leaf with Toronto's most notable landmark on the top (the CN tower ).
